- Develop and maintain technology innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
- Stay ahead of the curve by researching and evaluating cutting-edge technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, etc.).
- Present findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
- Monitor competitive landscape and identify disruptive technologies that could impact our industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in technology strategy, innovation, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing emerging technologies in a corporate environment.
- Deep knowledge of current and future technology trends, including AI, blockchain, and quantum computing.
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
