Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional workshops to prioritize R&D investments and innovation initiatives
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready features into current development cycles
- Monitor geopolitical/regulatory shifts impacting tech adoption and advise mitigation strategies
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and board members with data-driven recommendations
- Maintain competitive intelligence through global tech ecosystem scanning and partnership cultivation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech consulting
- Proven track record of launching at least two transformative tech initiatives
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and technology forecasting methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and convergence trends
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Experience scaling innovation labs or corporate venture arms in high-growth environments
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Business, or related field required
