Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence) and their commercial applications
- Drive innovation through cross-functional workshops and prototype development of future-facing solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions, startups, and industry leaders
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and investors
- Mentor technical teams in future-focused methodologies and adaptive innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; PhD preferred
- 8+ years in strategic technology planning or R&D leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Expertise in at least two future tech domains: quantum computing, neurotech, sustainable AI, or space commercialization
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies
- Strong network within tech innovation ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, research labs)
- Experience developing technology roadmaps with 3-5 year horizons
- Certification in emerging tech or strategic planning (e.g., Gartner, MIT Future Tech) preferred
