- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts in tech ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotech implementation
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or equivalent foresight methodology training
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with federal tech policy frameworks and compliance standards
