- Manage innovation pipeline with $10M+ R&D budget allocation
- Author white papers published in Nature Technology Review

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or Futurism with 5+ years industry experience
- Published research in quantum algorithms or neuromorphic systems
- Track record of scaling emerging tech ventures (Series B+)
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum simulation tools
- Deep understanding of blockchain consensus mechanisms
