Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap, aligning with company vision and market trends
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize emerging technologies (quantum computing, bio-integrated systems, etc.) for commercial adoption
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating future-facing solutions
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic recommendations to stakeholders with data-backed impact projections
- Establish ethical frameworks for emerging technology deployment
- Collaborate with R&D to accelerate innovation cycles and reduce time-to-market
Qualifications
- Minimum 8 years in strategic technology planning or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in AI, quantum computing, or biotechnology convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to model complex future scenarios
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Certification in strategic foresight or innovation management preferred
- Strong presentation skills with executive communication expertise
