Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech) to identify disruptive opportunities through 2026
- Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and market forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders with data-driven impact assessments
- Establish partnerships with research institutions and industry pioneers to accelerate R&D
- Monitor competitive landscapes and regulatory shifts affecting tech adoption
- Mentor a team of technology futurists and innovation specialists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging tech R&D
- Proven track record of launching successful tech initiatives with measurable ROI
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, or quantum computing
- Experience developing strategic frameworks for 5+ year horizons
- Strong background in market analysis and competitive intelligence
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or strategy publications
