Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026+ market trends
- Analyze emerging tech (AI, quantum, biotech) for strategic implementation opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering and product teams
- Present strategic vision to stakeholders through compelling data-driven narratives
- Establish KPIs for measuring future technology adoption and ROI
- Build external partnerships with research institutions and startups
- Anticipate regulatory and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in forecasting tech trends (2020-2025 validation required)
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum computing, etc.)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional analytical and scenario-planning capabilities
