- Lead cross-functional R&D initiatives in quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Forge strategic partnerships with NASA, MIT Media Lab, and EU Horizon Europe programs
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies in neuromorphic computing
- Present disruptive innovations to C-suite executives and investment committees
- Mentor a 15-person innovation lab in agile methodologies and future-proof design thinking
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism from Tier-1 institution
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum-AI convergence by 2024
- Proven track record scaling ventures from prototype to $500M+ valuation
- Expertise in ISO 21448 (SOTIF) and IEEE 7000 standards
- Fluency in Mandarin, Python, and systems modeling (AnyLogic/Simulink)
- Clearance for DoD SBIR projects preferred
