- Architect 3-5 year technology roadmaps aligning with 2026 market projections and business objectives
- Lead horizon scanning for disruptive technologies including quantum computing, biotech convergence, and ambient intelligence
- Develop AI-driven scenario modeling to predict technological adoption curves and competitive threats
- Champion cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, design, and product teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech incubators
- Present technology forecasts and strategic recommendations to the board of directors
- Oversee patent strategy for emerging intellectual property domains
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record developing technology roadmaps for 5+ year horizons
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, biotech, etc.)
- Certification in technology foresight or strategic innovation management
- Experience with scenario planning tools and AI-driven trend analysis
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio of technology forecasting publications or patents
