- Lead cross-functional teams to implement cutting-edge solutions across global operations
- Present strategic technology recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish partnerships with research institutions, startups, and technology vendors
- Monitor competitive intelligence and identify first-mover opportunities in emerging tech domains
- Foster a culture of innovation through thought leadership and internal technology evangelism
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field; PhD preferred
- 12+ years of progressive experience in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year technology transformation initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, IoT, quantum computing) and their commercial applications
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
