- Architect and implement 2026+ technology strategy roadmap integrating quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable innovation
- Lead cross-functional teams of futurists, engineers, and data scientists to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs for emerging tech incubation
- Develop ethical frameworks and governance protocols for autonomous systems and AI deployment
- Present technology vision to executive leadership and investors, securing resources for strategic initiatives
- Monitor global tech trends and regulatory shifts, adapting strategy to maintain competitive advantage
Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on future-oriented initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and sustainable tech
- Experience leading cross-disciplinary innovation teams across global organizations
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurist Studies preferred
- Published research or patents in at least two emerging technology domains
- Expertise in technology ethics, regulatory compliance, and responsible innovation frameworks
- Exceptional strategic communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
