Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026+ technology strategy roadmap aligned with global market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions in AI ethics, quantum applications, and climate tech
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions (MIT, Stanford, ETH Zurich) and Fortune 500 enterprises
- Present disruptive technology frameworks to C-suite executives and board of directors
- Secure $10M+ in innovation grants and venture capital for emerging technology initiatives
- Mentor a team of 15+ researchers and engineers in cutting-edge disciplines
- Author thought leadership publications for IEEE, Nature, and TechCrunch
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Sustainable Engineering with 10+ years of R&D leadership
- Proven track record of scaling technology from concept to global deployment (3+ billion users)
- Expertise in AI governance, quantum algorithms, and carbon-neutral tech architecture
- Published author in top-tier journals (Nature, Science) with 50+ citations
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding and managing P&L for innovation portfolios
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq)
