- Partner with C-suite to define innovation KPIs and ROI frameworks
- Manage $5M+ annual tech innovation budget with agile allocation
- Curate strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and academic institutions
- Present technology foresight reports to executive stakeholders and industry panels
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy with 5+ years in emerging technologies
- Proven track record in scaling AI/ML or quantum computing initiatives
- MBA or MS in Computer Science/Engineering preferred
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, journals, keynotes)
- Experience managing global cross-functional teams of 20+ engineers
- Deep understanding of Web3.0, AR/VR, and climate-tech ecosystems
- Fluency in Python/Java and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP)
