Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic tech planning with 5+ in emerging technologies
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record scaling technology from concept to commercialization
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AI ethics, or green tech
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., Foresight Professional)
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals
