- Design strategic partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry disruptors
- Present future technology scenarios to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Champion innovation culture through internal hackathons and thought leadership
- Align technology initiatives with ESG and sustainable development goals
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory landscapes
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in tech strategy, futures research, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two future-critical domains (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investor groups
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Technology Foresight
