- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions with 3+ year implementation horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities and competitive advantages
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders with data-backed insights
- Drive innovation sprints focused on long-term technological sustainability and ethical deployment
- Establish KPIs to measure technology ROI and impact on business transformation goals
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proofing methodologies and horizon scanning techniques
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning with proven impact on 3+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Experience presenting to executive stakeholders and translating complex concepts
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Proficiency in horizon scanning methodologies and trend analysis frameworks
- Track record of launching technologies with 5+ year adoption cycles
- Certification in strategic foresight or technology innovation management preferred
