Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Develop 3-5 year technology roadmaps with ROI projections for executive approval
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Build strategic partnerships with research labs and innovation accelerators
- Present technology briefings to board members and investors
- Establish KPIs for innovation success and track implementation metrics
- Secure and allocate R&D budget for high-impact experimental projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record in scaling breakthrough technologies from concept to market
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, neurotech, etc.)
- Executive-level presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts
- Experience with venture capital or corporate innovation funding mechanisms
