Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven experience in emerging technology trend analysis
- Deep understanding of AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Track record of executing multi-year technology transformations
- Strong presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management preferred
