Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026-2030 technology roadmaps for AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech infrastructure
- Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to implement future-proof systems
- Conduct market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging technological disruptors
- Design scalable architectures for next-generation digital platforms with 10-year viability
- Partner with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with long-term business objectives
- Represent the company at global tech forums and policy discussions shaping 2026's digital landscape
- Mentor innovation teams in emerging technologies and strategic foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/quantum/sustainable tech)
- Proven track record architecting enterprise-level systems with 5+ year scalability horizons
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology Strategy (PhD preferred)
- Published research or patents in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience with government technology initiatives (e.g., DARPA, NSF, or EU Horizon programs)
- Expertise in scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Strong network with global technology innovation ecosystems (Silicon Valley, Shenzhen, Berlin)
- Certification in Technology Foresight or Strategic Innovation Management
