- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections and regulatory landscapes
- Lead R&D initiatives in emerging fields including quantum computing, AI ethics, and biotech integration
- Conduct scenario planning for technological disruptions across healthcare, finance, and manufacturing sectors
- Collaborate with product teams to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to investors and board members through compelling data narratives
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in developing 5+ year technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least three emerging technologies (quantum, AI, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional data synthesis and scenario planning capabilities
- Certification in futures thinking or strategic foresight (e.g., CFTE, APF)
- Prior experience in regulated industries (healthcare/finance) highly valued
