- Establish KPI frameworks to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption readiness
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and emerging tech startups
- Present technology visions to C-suite executives and investment committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech (AI/blockchain/metaverse)
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-scale innovation initiatives
- Expertise in technology forecasting frameworks (e.g., Gartner Hype Cycle, Delphi Method)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with tech specialization
- Proficiency in agile development and lean startup methodologies
