- Develop and execute 3-year technology roadmaps aligned with 2026 market forecasts
- Analyze emerging tech trends (quantum computing, AI ethics, neuro interfaces) for strategic integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present technology strategies to executive stakeholders and investors
- Build and manage partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Conduct competitive analysis in emerging tech domains
- Drive adoption of cutting-edge frameworks like Web3.0 and ambient computing
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in scaling disruptive technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in emerging tech domains (quantum, AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business
