- Partner with Stanford/MIT to develop ethical AI frameworks for autonomous systems
- Translate complex innovations into scalable products with 18-month market launch targets
- Present strategic vision to C-suite and board of directors quarterly
- Drive patent strategy targeting 15+ core technology filings annually
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 5+ years R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching quantum/AI products with $10M+ ARR impact
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum algorithms, neuromorphic computing, carbon-neutral infrastructure
- Experience securing federal/state innovation grants (SBIR, DARPA)
- Published research in Nature/Science with 50+ citations
- Certified in Future Foresight Methodology (WFS) or equivalent
