Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and evaluating emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to position Nexus Innovations at the technological frontier
- Collaborate with product development teams to integrate future-ready technologies into core offerings
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry consortiums
- Monitor regulatory landscapes and ethical implications of emerging technologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two breakthrough technologies or products
- Expertise in emerging tech domains: quantum computing, AI governance, biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD)
