- Develop and maintain a multi-year innovation roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Conduct scenario planning for emerging technologies and their market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive adoption of future-focused technologies across product portfolios
- Mentor cross-functional teams on next-generation capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of developing and executing 5+ year strategic plans
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, quantum computing)
- Experience with scenario planning and futures methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights
- Exceptional communication and executive presentation skills
- Master's degree in Technology, Business, or related field (PhD preferred)
