Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, focusing on AI integration and quantum computing applications
- Lead cross-functional teams to develop future-proof systems with 10-year scalability vision
- Analyze emerging tech trends (Web4, neural interfaces, decentralized networks) to identify disruptive opportunities
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers for R&D advancement
- Present technology strategies to C-suite executives and board members with compelling data-driven narratives
- Drive ethical tech frameworks ensuring alignment with UN Sustainable Development Goals
- Mentor next-generation engineers through our Future Tech Fellowship program
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching disruptive technologies with $50M+ market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, and decentralized systems
- Strong background in systems architecture and long-term technology roadmapping
- Certifications in Futures Studies or Technology Foresight (e.g., CFTe) preferred
- Experience presenting to C-suite and venture capital audiences
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies required
- Published research in IEEE or Nature Futures journal preferred
