Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligning with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping and validating next-gen solutions (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies with 3-5 year market impact
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and Board of Directors
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with ROI-focused prioritization
- Establish industry partnerships for technology co-development and ecosystem expansion
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business (MBA preferred)
- Expertise in AI/ML, IoT, or quantum computing implementation
- Certification in technology foresight or innovation management (e.g., CFIP)
- Experience scaling technology initiatives from concept to global market
- Strong financial modeling skills for technology investment analysis
