Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in executive leadership
- Proven experience developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, blockchain, IoT)
- Strong background in innovation management and R&D leadership
- Exceptional analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Certified in technology strategy frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, CTO Canvas)
- Track record of implementing successful tech transformation projects
- Master's degree in Technology Management, Computer Science, or MBA
