Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing integration across enterprise solutions
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping AI governance frameworks for 2026 compliance standards
- Conduct horizon scanning of emerging technologies (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology) for commercial viability
- Design sustainable tech ecosystems with circular economy principles for Fortune 500 clients
- Present strategic briefings to C-suite executives and government innovation boards
- Mentor junior researchers through our Future Leaders incubation program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics with 8+ years tech strategy experience
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI initiatives from concept to market deployment
- Published research in IEEE Nature or equivalent on emerging technology ethics
- Expertise in regulatory frameworks (NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act) with policy influence experience
- Advanced proficiency in scenario planning tools (STEEP, Delphi Method)
- Strong network with DARPA, NSF, or similar innovation ecosystems
