Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Lead research and analysis of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align technology initiatives with corporate vision
- Build and manage a high-performing innovation lab team
- Identify and evaluate strategic partnerships and acquisition opportunities
- Present technology insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives
- Drive adoption of agile methodologies for rapid prototyping and iteration
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D, or innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing and implementing multi-year tech roadmaps
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging technology domains
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and complex projects
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate trends into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication skills for executive presentations
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MS/MBA/PhD preferred)
- Certification in technology management or innovation (e.g., CTO Academy, INSEAD)
