Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory shifts
- Analyze emerging technologies (quantum, bioinformatics, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in 2026 tech landscape
- Establish KPIs for measuring technology adoption impact and ROI
- Partner with product teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Monitor geopolitical and environmental factors affecting tech adoption
- Present strategic insights to C-suite and external stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with focus on emerging tech ecosystems
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, AI, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of developing long-term tech roadmaps with measurable outcomes
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of ethical tech frameworks and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
- Experience with scenario planning and technology forecasting methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
