- Analyze emerging tech trends to identify disruptive opportunities for market capture
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology strategy to C-suite executives and venture capital investors
- Oversee R&D budget allocation for 2026-focused pilot programs
- Author white papers on the societal impact of future technologies
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech forecasting
- Proven track record leading quantum computing or AI autonomy initiatives
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Deep expertise in sustainable tech and circular economy frameworks
- Published author in IEEE Nature or equivalent tier-1 tech journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in R&D funding for future-focused projects
- Fluency in at least one quantum programming language (Qiskit, Cirq)
