- Drive R&D initiatives with $10M+ annual budgets
- Maintain ethical compliance and sustainability standards in all technological deployments
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech adoption (AI, quantum, AR/VR)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar strategic foresight credential
- Experience with venture capital funding and tech incubation programs
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and sustainable technology practices
