Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate next-gen technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, biotech convergence)
- Conduct competitive analysis and patent landscape mapping for emerging tech domains
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Manage innovation budget allocation and vendor partnerships
- Establish KPIs to track technology adoption and ROI
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in emerging tech commercialization (blockchain, AR/VR, or neurotech)
- MBA or MS in Technology Management/Engineering preferred
- Experience with agile methodologies and product lifecycle management
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis skills
- Certification in futures thinking or technology foresight (e.g., CFTE)
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
