Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (AR/VR, IoT, blockchain)
- Analyze emerging tech disruptions and recommend strategic pivots for competitive advantage
- Establish governance frameworks for ethical AI implementation and data sovereignty
- Present strategic visions to investors, board members, and industry consortiums
- Drive innovation through partnerships with leading research institutions and startups
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their implications for global operations
Qualifications
- 15+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in C-suite or director-level roles
- Proven track record in scaling tech ecosystems across multiple innovation cycles
- Expertise in at least three emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or Web3
- Published thought leadership in tech strategy (Harvard Business Review, MIT Sloan, etc.)
- Experience leading teams of 50+ across R&D, product, and engineering domains
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution with focus on technology innovation
- Fluency in Mandarin or Arabic for global stakeholder engagement
- Certification in Future Studies or Strategic Foresight preferred
