Responsibilities

- Lead R&D initiatives for quantum computing, AI ethics, and decentralized systems
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate emerging technologies into core business functions
- Manage $2M+ innovation budgets with ROI-focused resource allocation
- Establish strategic partnerships with global tech incubators and academic institutions
- Present technology forecasts to stakeholders and regulatory bodies
- Mentor cross-functional teams in agile adoption of next-gen methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech specialization
- Expertise in at least three of: AI/ML, blockchain, quantum computing, IoT, or AR/VR
- Proven track record of scaling technology initiatives from concept to enterprise deployment
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
