Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy roadmap aligned with business objectives
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, AR/VR) for commercial viability
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate future-facing solutions
- Present strategic insights to executive stakeholders and board members with compelling data narratives
- Build and maintain strategic partnerships with tech startups, research institutions, and industry consortia
- Monitor global tech policy and regulatory shifts to ensure compliance and competitive positioning
- Mentor junior strategists and foster a culture of continuous learning and experimentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or product development leadership
- Proven track record of launching at least two disruptive technologies at scale
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains with published thought leadership
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and forecasting
- Strong executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Proficiency in strategic frameworks (SWOT, Porter's Five Forces, Blue Ocean Strategy)
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., Google Cloud AI, AWS ML) highly valued
