- Guide R&D investments in sustainable tech and climate-resilient infrastructure
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders

Qualifications
- 15+ years in strategic technology planning with 5+ years in future-tech forecasting
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futurism (PhD preferred)
- Proven portfolio launching $50M+ tech initiatives with 3+ future-focused products
- Deep expertise in Gartner Hype Cycle analysis and Delphi Method forecasting
- Certification in Quantum Computing Principles or Neuro-Technology Strategy
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Spectrum or MIT Technology Review
