- Expertise in AI/ML, quantum computing, or biotech convergence
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business with focus on tech innovation
- Certification in Technology Strategy or Innovation Management (e.g., CTO Academy, MIT Horizon Scanning)
- Experience leading $10M+ technology transformation initiatives
- Strong network within Silicon Valley and global tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills for articulating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
