Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive technology roadmaps for 2026-2028 innovation cycles
- Lead market research and competitive analysis in emerging tech domains (quantum computing, AI ethics, neurotech)
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align tech strategy with business objectives
- Manage cross-functional teams executing prototype development and pilot programs
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and technology pioneers
- Create intellectual property portfolios and patent strategies for novel innovations
- Present strategic vision to investors and stakeholders through compelling narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 10+ years experience in technology strategy or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in developing and scaling disruptive technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech verticals (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional analytical skills with experience in technology forecasting
