Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen AI systems with ethical guardrails
- Forge strategic partnerships with DARPA, NASA, and global research institutions
- Present future-tech frameworks to C-suite executives and venture capitalists
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies with 3-5 year commercialization windows
- Design sustainability frameworks for energy-efficient data centers by 2026
- Mentor junior researchers in future-tech methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years in R&D leadership with 2025+ technology planning experience
- Published research in Nature/Science on quantum or AI topics
- Proven track record of scaling tech startups to unicorn status
- Deep expertise in blockchain, neuromorphic computing, or carbon capture tech
- Clearance for government-level innovation projects (preferred)
- Portfolio of 2026+ technology patents or white papers
