- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, AI ethics, metaverse integration) for strategic adoption
- Lead digital transformation initiatives across 15+ global business units
- Present strategic roadmaps to stakeholders with clear ROI projections and risk assessments
- Build and manage a high-performing innovation lab team of 8-10 technologists
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-gen solutions targeting 2026 market readiness
- Establish KPI frameworks to measure strategic implementation success
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or digital leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching at least two enterprise-wide tech transformations
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, blockchain, spatial computing, or sustainable tech
- Strategic certification (e.g., TOGAF, CISM) or advanced degree in Technology Innovation
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills across C-suite to operational levels
- Published thought leadership in technology futurism or innovation strategy
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members during rapid growth phases
