Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive 2026 technology strategy aligned with company vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for adoption potential
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Manage innovation budgets and resource allocation for pilot projects
- Foster partnerships with startups, research institutions, and industry leaders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology roles with 5+ years in innovation leadership
- Proven track record of developing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, IoT, blockchain, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and innovation budgets
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business required
- Certifications in strategic planning (e.g., TOGAF, PMI-SP) preferred
