Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 Strategic Technology Roadmap, aligning technical capabilities with business objectives.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, Quantum Computing) to identify viable opportunities for integration.
- Lead cross-functional workshops with engineering, product, and executive teams to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable strategies.
- Monitor global technology trends and competitor innovations to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of technology initiatives and strategic pivots.
- Advocate for a culture of innovation, encouraging experimentation and risk-taking within defined boundaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting.
- Proven track record of successfully launching long-term technology initiatives.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into simple strategic narratives.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
