Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Vision: Define and oversee the execution of the company's 5-year technology and product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to evaluate emerging tech trends and assess their viability for commercial application.
- Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate relationships with key players in the tech ecosystem, including startups, research institutions, and hardware vendors.
- Innovation Management: Establish and manage an internal innovation lab focused on rapid prototyping of 2026-era concepts.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical foresight into compelling narratives for the executive board and investors.
- Legacy Transformation: Lead the strategic migration from current systems to next-gen architectures, minimizing disruption while maximizing efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years in strategic planning, product management, or technology consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think long-term and identify disruptive trends before they become mainstream.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, AI/ML trends, and software development lifecycles.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- Education: Bachelorās degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated track record of solving complex strategic challenges using innovative methodologies.
