Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Define and execute a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the specific needs and trends anticipated for the year 2026.
- Quantum Readiness Assessment: Evaluate current legacy systems and architect migration paths towards quantum-ready infrastructure and algorithms.
- AI Integration Strategy: Oversee the integration of generative AI and predictive modeling into core business workflows to drive efficiency.
- R&D Collaboration: Partner with research labs to prototype and test emerging technologies before market saturation.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex futuristic concepts into actionable business insights for C-suite executives and investors.
- Talent Acquisition Support: Identify and recruit top-tier talent specialized in next-gen tech stacks.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years in a senior technical role (e.g., CTO, Lead Architect, Principal Engineer).
- Quantum Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of quantum computing principles (Qubits, Superposition, Entanglement) and tools like Qiskit or Cirq.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of anticipating technological shifts and creating roadmaps 3-5 years in advance.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive technical consensus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills; experience presenting to non-technical audiences.
