- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging tech trends (neuromorphic computing, synthetic biology, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board stakeholders
- Drive innovation through incubation labs and proof-of-concept initiatives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global tech pioneers
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory impacts on future technology adoption
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Future Studies; PhD preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (quantum, AI, biotech, AR/VR)
- Proven track record of scaling futuristic initiatives to commercial viability
- Exceptional strategic planning and systems thinking abilities
- Experience with scenario planning and future-state modeling
- Certifications in emerging tech (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics) a plus
