Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with corporate vision
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (quantum computing, neurotech, climate AI) for strategic adoption
- Lead cross-functional innovation labs with R&D, product, and engineering teams
- Conduct competitive landscape analysis and scenario planning for disruptive threats
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board of directors
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and tech incubators
- Manage innovation budget and resource allocation for pilot projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Strategy, Innovation Management, or related field
- 8+ years in strategic planning, R&D, or future technology roles
- Proven track record of launching disruptive tech products or services
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and technology forecasting
- Strong understanding of AI/ML, biotech, and sustainable tech ecosystems
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., CDIO, CSTM) preferred
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive stakeholder experience
