Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record launching technology initiatives with measurable business impact

- Certified Strategic Professional (CSP) or equivalent preferred
